Bizman 2.11.0 Release Notes

Bug Fixes

Task Manager

  • Differentiate Done Date from Archiving Date
    Adjusted behavior so that the last updated date reflects the day a task is moved to Done, unless updated later. Resolved issue where archiving tasks updated the last updated date incorrectly, ensuring accurate metrics and reporting.

Billable Non-Billable Report

  • Calculation Enhancement
    Merged improvements to calculate billable vs. non-billable hours per team member and client. Ensures accurate billing and reporting capabilities.

Statistics

  • Filter Options Issue
    Fixed issue where filter settings in Statistics > User Daily reset when navigating away and returning. Users can now retain selected filters for seamless data analysis.

  • Permissions Bug
    Addressed bug where setting permissions for Statistics module did not reflect correctly in the sidebar. Now correctly displays when permissions are active.

Roles

  • Validation for Duplicate Role Creation
    Implemented validation to prevent creation of duplicate roles. Users now receive an error message when attempting to create a role with a duplicate name.

Email Notifications

  • Text Rendering Fix
    Resolved issue with improper word wrapping in email notifications, ensuring readability and professional appearance.

Dashboard

  • Upcoming Task Display
    Fixed issue where some upcoming tasks were not displaying in the Dashboard's task list, ensuring all tasks are visible for better task management.

Timezone Issue

  • Export Data Discrepancy
    Investigated and resolved discrepancies in exported data related to timezone settings, ensuring accuracy in exported reports across various modules.

Attendance List Export

  • Functionality Improvement
    Enhanced export function in Attendance List to allow users to customize file names and choose between CSV and XLSX formats for better usability.

Dashboard

  • Teammates Hours Display
    Adjusted teammate hours popup in the Dashboard to prevent cropping behind sidebar, ensuring full visibility of popup content.

Statistics Module

  • Filter Icon Display Fix
    Fixed issue where 'prohibited icon' incorrectly displayed on hover in Stats > Ratio, ensuring clarity in filter selection options.

Task Manager

  • Comment Management
    Added unique URLs to each task comment for direct access and highlighted the comment when accessed via URL parameters.



  • Task Creation
    Draft Saving-     Implemented auto-save feature for task creation pop-ups, allowing users to resume task details after logging in.



Notifications

  • Immediate Refresh Issue
    Addressed issue where changes in notification status required page refresh for update to reflect, improving user experience with real-time updates.

Task Names Display

  • Display Fix
    Fixed display issues with quotation marks and slashes in task names, ensuring proper rendering and readability.
