We’re excited to announce the release of Bizman Version 1.38.2, featuring several enhancements and fixes designed to improve your experience with our platform. This update brings significant improvements to the Task Manager, a revamped Notifications interface, and a range of optimization tools to streamline your workflow.
Enhanced Notifications Preferences
A key highlight of this update is the introduction of a new interface for managing notifications. This enhanced interface allows users to customize their notification settings more effectively, ensuring they receive only the alerts that are most relevant to their needs. New users will now be automatically subscribed to all messages, providing comprehensive communication from the start.
For those with Admin roles, additional control has been added to manage platform-wide notifications. Admins can now set specific notifications related to critical platform actions, helping to maintain a well-informed and responsive team environment. The Notification Preferences Tool has been conveniently added to the User menu, located in the top right corner of the platform.

Here, users can easily activate or deactivate notifications, choosing between in-app alerts and email updates, providing a flexible and tailored communication experience.

- Task Creator Visibility: The Task Creator will no longer be automatically added to the Followers list when creating a new task, providing a cleaner and more intentional follower management process.
- Task Manager Enhancements: Scrolling within the Board view of the Task Manager has been optimized for a more fluid user experience, improving navigation and usability.
- Bank of Hours: Several fixes have been implemented to enhance the accuracy of the Bank of Hours status and filters, ensuring precise tracking and reporting.
- Email Notifications: Image sizing in email notifications has been adjusted for both desktop and mobile, delivering a consistent and professional appearance across devices.
