Bizman Latest Update: Version 2.5.0

We are happy to introduce Bizman Version 2.5.0! This update includes several improvements and bug fixes to enhance the platform experience. The latest version ensures a smoother and more efficient workflow. Here’s what’s new:

Improvements & Enhancements

  • Bizman Integrations - Uniform Box Sizes for Each Application in the List
    Standardized the box sizes across all integrations for a more consistent and cleaner layout.

  • Activity Logs Enhancements
    We have added activity logs for the following actions: Task deletion, Task restoration from trash, Manual Worklog addition, and Worklog added via timer.

  • Future Work Log Entries
    Introduced a feature where users can submit future-dated worklog entries once specific criteria are met e.g., User is Full-Timer, certain Task Types, such as Sick Days or Vacation, and worklog is for a specific Client (SR Professional Marketing).

  • Task Manager Filter Enhancement
    Improved sorting functionality for checked items in the task manager, allowing for better organization and accessibility.

  • Show Password Functionality
    We have added a "Show Password" icon during Login, password Creation during Registration, and Password Reset to enhance the user experience when entering or reviewing passwords.

  • Standardized Notification Titles
    Updated and standardized notification titles for a more consistent user experience.

Bug Fixes

  • Timezone Handling in Bizman
    Timezone handling has been improved for accurate data display. Issues have been resolved to ensure accurate data display across different time zones.

  • Loading Behavior for Buttons on the Task Page
    Modified button arrangement (Search, Import, Export). Buttons now load together when the page is loaded or refreshed for a seamless experience.

  • Missing Version, Date, and Time in Footer on Task Pages
    Fixed an issue where the footer was not displaying version, date, and time information on the task pages – Board, List, Calendar.

  • Password Logs Wrong Email
    The copied credential's email is now correctly logged under the "Account" field instead of "Client."

  • QA Bizman Mobile - Additional Links Not Working
    Additional links can now be added and accessed without issue. Improved keyboard functionality for link deletion, though further UI enhancements are planned.

  • Bug in Phone Number Requirement for New Users
    Fixed an issue where users were required to enter a phone number in the correct format despite it being an optional field.

  • Issue with Copy-Pasting Phone Numbers When Adding a New User
    Resolved an issue where users encountered problems when pasting phone numbers into the input field.
