- Improve Time Management: Stay organized and accountable for your workload.
Stay on Top of Your Tasks: Enabling Overdue Task Notifications
Step 1: Click on your Avatar Icon located in the top right corner and choose Account Settings from the dropdown.
Step 2: Once on your profile page, select the Notification Settings tab.
Step 3: Scroll down and look for the Overdue Tasks from the list. Toggle the button to Enable the notification.
Step 4: Click Confirm to save your changes.
Step 5: Once you've enabled overdue task notifications, an additional button labeled "Edit Frequency" will appear. This button allows you to customize how often you receive email alerts for overdue tasks.
Choosing Your Notification Frequency:
Clicking the "Edit Frequency" button will present you with three options:
- Daily - This option ensures you receive an email notification every single day that contains a list of all your overdue tasks. This is ideal if you need a constant reminder and work with a high volume of tasks.
- Weekly - This option provides a weekly summary email listing all your overdue tasks for the past week. This is a good balance for staying informed without getting overwhelmed by daily emails, especially if you have a moderate number of tasks.
- Monthly - This option delivers a monthly email notification that compiles all your overdue tasks from the entire month. This is suitable if you prefer a less frequent overview and prioritize managing tasks with longer deadlines.
By enabling overdue task notifications, you'll receive timely reminders to stay on top of your workload and ensure tasks are completed on time. This simple setting can significantly improve your productivity and overall workflow.
Additional Tips:
- Consider your workload and how often you typically check your email when making your selection.
- If you find daily emails overwhelming, start with weekly and adjust as needed.
- Monthly notifications might be suitable for long-term projects but less ideal for urgent tasks.
Enjoy staying organized and productive with Bizman’s task management tool!
