In cases where you are engaged in activities that don’t directly correlate with a predefined task, Bizman enables you to start a timer linked only to a client. For instance, if you’re working on a project for a client and need to attend a meeting, you can effortlessly track the meeting time without interrupting your workflow or needing to create a new task.

To use this functionality, navigate to the Timer section in your Bizman dashboard. Start a new timer and select the relevant client, but leave it unlinked from any specific task. By doing this, you can capture all client-related activities, even those that arise spontaneously.

While the timer runs, you can easily add details to ensure thorough tracking. Simply access the active timer, click on the "Edit or pen" icon, and input relevant information, such as meeting notes or discussion points. Saving these details provides a clear record of your time spent and the context behind it. When you complete a task, make sure to stop the timer, include any relevant details, and save it to finalize your time entry. After saving, the timer will be submitted for review, and an administrator will need to validate it.
