Bizman 2.39.0 Release Notes
May 28, 2026
Bizman 2.39.0 introduces a range of improvements focused on user experience, system consistency, permissions handling, validation accuracy, and platform reliability. This release includes UI refinements, client management enhancements, access control updates, and performance optimizations to improve Bizman’s usability and efficiency.
Improvements & Enhancements
Statistics Enhancements
- Fixed a data discrepancy affecting Billable Ratio calculations between the Statistics → By User and Statistics → User Daily views. Both sections now use consistent calculation logic based on Billable Hours ÷ Total Hours for accurate reporting.
Dropdown Behavior Standardization
- Standardized dropdown direction behavior across the platform for a more consistent user experience.
UX/UI Improvements
- Resolved multiple Bizman resolution and interface display issues. The layout has been improved to ensure better visibility and consistency across different screen sizes and browser zoom levels.
- Fixed broken global search bar UI layouts affecting some sections.
- Resolved mobile layout breaks caused by long names.
- Fixed task reference chip text cutoff issues in Validate Hours.
Clients Module Optimization
- Optimized the Clients page to improve loading speed, responsiveness, and overall performance for a smoother user experience.
- Improved the HubSpot client selection modal when adding clients in Management → Clients by fixing layout and alignment issues, reducing unnecessary scrollbars, and improving list display responsiveness within the available space.

- Added client-type change history tracking to improve visibility and accountability when updating client classifications. The update includes dashboard history logs with timestamps and user details, a confirmation dialog before changing client types showing previous and new values, visibility of active timers related to the client during validation, and backend/API support for storing and retrieving history records.

Permissions & Access Control
- Fix Permission Issue: “Send New Client Welcome Emails” Display - Fixed a permissions visibility issue where users with view-only client access could see the “Send New Client Welcome Emails” option. The action is now correctly restricted to users with add client permissions only.
- Restrict Stats view filters and links for limited-permission users - Updated Statistics permission handling for limited-access users. When a user only has the “view stats user daily” permission, the Select User filter is no longer displayed. Users with only “view clients” permission can now only view and access details for clients they are assigned to.
- Intensive Testing for User with Client Access Role - Client Access role permissions and visibility restrictions reviewed and improved across the platform, including fixes for unauthorized UI visibility, notification filtering behavior, restricted editing states, client file filtering issues, browser tab labeling consistency, and multiple-selection actions triggering unintended behavior.
Data & Validation Improvements
- Import Review Page Table Standardization - Standardized the Import Duplicates Review Table to align with the latest table UI and design patterns for improved consistency and user experience.
- Resolved an issue where task creation timestamps could appear later than due dates by improving date validation, timezone handling, and backend processing logic to ensure consistent and accurate task date records.
Notifications & Monitoring
- Admin Notification when Integration Connection is Down Added - Integration Connection Failed notification preferences following the existing roles, permissions, and notification preferences structure. Admin users are opted in by default and can receive in-app and email alerts when Google, HubSpot, Microsoft Activity, Microsoft Azure, or Slack integrations become disconnected or fail.

Overall
The latest Bizman release focuses heavily on UX consistency, permission handling, client management improvements, validtion fixes, and system reliability enhancements across Bizman.
