The Bizman AI Assistant is now live in production and available to the entire SRPRO team. It has evolved beyond a simple chatbot into a multimodal workflow engine that helps streamline communication, automate repetitive work, and improve overall productivity.
This release introduces practical, built-in capabilities that integrate directly into daily operations.
What the Bizman AI Assistant Does and How to Use It
Voice-to-Text
The new Bizman AI Assistant allows users to input requests using voice instead of typing.
To use this feature, click the microphone icon, speak your request, and press stop. The system will automatically transcribe your speech into text, enabling faster and more convenient input.
Chat with Your Documents
The Assistant can process and analyze uploaded files to provide immediate insights.
To use this, attach a file directly in the chat. You can then ask the Assistant to summarize the content, extract key action items, or organize the data into a structured format. This reduces manual review time and improves efficiency.
Prompt-to-Task Generation
The Assistant can create tasks in the platform based on simple written instructions.
To generate a task, type a structured prompt such as:
“Create a task for [Assignee] due on [Date] for [Client] titled [Task Name].”
The current version accurately maps key fields including Assignee, Due Date, Client, and Title. We are pushing an update soon to map "Priority" and "Followers."
How to Access and Test the Assistant
The Bizman AI Assistant is available in the left sidebar under AI Tools. Select Bizman Assistant to begin.
As part of this rollout, all team members are expected to actively test the Bizman Assistant in real scenarios. This includes:
- Using voice input for requests
- Uploading and interacting with documents
- Creating tasks through prompts
Feedback is essential. Please report any bugs, usability issues, or feature requests in the main communication channel. Enhancements such as chat thread renaming and expanded task mapping are already in progress.
