If you recently signed up for Bizman and received an email stating, "Your Instance is Being Prepared," don’t worry—this is a normal part of the setup process. We are preparing your personalized workspace so you can start tracking time, managing tasks, and securing your credentials efficiently. This article explains what this message means, what’s happening behind the scenes, and what to expect next.

What Does "Your Instance is Being Prepared" Mean? 

When you register for Bizman, we create a dedicated instance—a secure, customized workspace for you and your team. This instance stores your data, settings, and configurations to ensure a smooth experience. The email you received confirms that our system is in the process of setting up your instance. 

 

Setup is usually quick, but it may take longer during peak times or if a pre-configured instance is not immediately available. Rest assured, we are working to get you up and running as soon as possible and will keep you updated along the way. 

What Happens Behind the Scenes? 

After you register, here is what takes place:

 

  1. Instance Allocation – Our system assigns an available instance. If none are ready, it notifies our team to create one, and you receive an email confirming that the setup is in progress.

  2. Configuration – Your instance is set up with the necessary resources, security settings, and preferences based on your registration details.

  3. Verification – We run a quick check to ensure everything is working correctly before granting you access.

What to Expect Next 

Once your instance is ready, you will receive a follow-up email with login details. Here’s how the process works: 

  • If an instance is available: Setup is completed automatically, and you will receive a welcome email with your temporary password shortly after registration. 

  • If no instance is available: You’ll receive an initial email confirming that setup is still in progress. Our team will then create your instance, and you will get a second email with login details once it’s ready. 

In most cases, this process takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on demand. 

How You Will Be Notified 

You don’t need to take any action while your instance is being prepared—we will handle everything and keep you updated via email. Once setup is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email with your login link and credentials. 

Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for these updates. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, feel free to contact our support team.
